ARVIND HYUNDAI - mishandling of the car parts by the employees

I (ANIL JAIN) met with an accident on 27th september,2012 in TUNDLA ,AGRA .I called for a crane by ARVIND HYUNDAI bye pass road agra .the car was SANTRO XING UP80 AW 8687.but now when I went to pick up my car it's very hard to inform you that the CD tape and the rear view mirior was missing. and the GM of arivind hyundai service deppt is not making any satisfactory explanation about my query.
till now i didn't take my car delivery.
So please help me and take some serious action to satisfy me.
Complainant's Goal: reimburse my cd player and rear view mirror.
