i want to file a case against meter tampering in hyderabad. Today, I travelled from asta lakshmi temple to cinemax in an auto with reg no:- AP 13Y 2095. The meter in auto was totally tampered such that the distance meter was running even when ignition was off near a traffic signal. he showed some bloody stuff which recorded about 30kms apporx and he was very rude to us. so please take action against meter tampering. AP 13Y 2095.
