Sub. : Malpractices being adopted by Maruti dealers in Haryana and
harassing the customers.

Dear Sir,

On the subject your kind attention is sought in r/o the malpractices
being adopted in state of Haryana.

I am a customer of Maruti ltd. for the last 30 years and always
preferred to use maruti cars.At present I am holding two cars i.e Alto
and Swift and interested to have my third one as Desire VXI.

I am resident ( Senior citizen and retired from M/S National
Fertilizers Ltd.,Panipat ) of Panipat city but since the services of
your dealer at Panipat i.e M/S Harisons are not satisfactory therefore
I am interested to buy the new car from them.

I enquired the other dealers in Haryana to purchase new car and first
they show their inability to sell the car out of their area and
finally if they agree to sell out of their area then load the price
with other optional elements such as 4th year warrany,auto card,basic
kit etc. which is considered not fair at all.

Needless to mention earlier also I had purchased my swift car from M/S
Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon since the services of your Panipat
dealer were not proper and in 3 cases of my frienda returned the amts
when we approach directly to M/S Maruti Ltd. for their
malpractices.These cases already in the record and its details can be
made available in case of need

You will appreciate that at present there are so other companies in
the market but I am only interested to buy my new car from M/S Maruti
considering its services those are being provided to its customers in
the long run.

Under the above circumstances,your good office is approached to
resolve my grievance on priority and arrange a Desire VXI for me from
any of your dealer in Haryana except M/S Harisons , Panipat.

Early action may be initiated under intimation to me please.
