My tickets for flight SG 331 on 23 Dec 2014 from Chennai to Kolkata and SG 322 on 28 Dec 2014 from Kolkata to Chennai had been cancelled by SpiceJet. My PNR number is P6EKWP. I had booked the tickets from makemytrip.com. My makemytrip Booking ID is NF2201538337717. It is going to be about 20 days but I have NOT YET RECEIVED THE REFUND. Makemytrip officials keep telling me that they have not yet received the refund from SpiceJet and they will refund the money once they receive the same. SpiceJet Customer Care is not bothered to receive my calls and send me an auto-generated reply for the mails. The amount of refund is Rs 10562. I want my refund. Please help.
