Dear sir/Madam

I have applied for a "Flat" from Bangalore development authority,

During the time of applying for a request to buy the flat , i had been given a registration card,

which i had to return during the time of registration at sub-registrar office.

Since i have lost the registration card, i cannot proceed further to register the property under my name.

Kindly request you to accept my complaint and provide me an acknowledgement, so that i can abide the rules as per BDA guidelines, and register the property.
