I am Thara kumari,residing at flat number 206, westside apartment,vidhana soudha layout, laggere, bangalore.
When I was on the way to Manipal,I have lost mobile phone along with sim card. My vodafone mobile number is ********24. I want to apply for duplicate sim card for the same number.
