I have policy with money back policy with taken in the year 2006 LIC. As it is a money back policy it has got its first payment due date on 10Jan,2010 . I have visited the branch office where i have taken the policy to ask about how claim my policy amount. Official told me that I dont have to do any process they will automatically send me the cheque for the amount to my address . But I have not received he cheque yet . Its been 3 months that due date is crossed . I have raised a complain regarding the same in LIC customer care I visited the branch for the same twice . Stil they are delaying in giving the cheque for some or the other reason.

I work in IT company and I can not go around the LIC office wasting all my time.
We invest the money only with hope that we get them in times of need of this the case with the insurance which so famous and popular people will lose trust and hope.

I really felt very bad with the kind of sevice I got . I had plans of taking another policy with LIC if this the way react to us for sure i will not invest my money next time.
