Refund of LIC Policy No. ********0

I was holding the above policy at your branch and surended on 17th August 2013, I had been advised the money will be credited with in 5 working days, after these days, I am blank on the status of my Policy amount.

In this connection, when i visited your Virugambakkam branch manager on 28th-August -13, promised that the above amount will be credited to your ICICI A/C with in 2 to 3 days of time. In the mean time they promised money has been credited to the given Bank account and they given the UTR –ALLAH no – 13234866865.Unfortunately I writed my account no wrongly. I informed the details of my account details to the branch manger verbally.

But surprisingly no money has credited. Later the Regional officer who promised me to resolve this issue at the earliest.
Many more times i visited the branch officer and enquire about my settlement, but they are not givie any response.Lastly they instruct me to take legal action.

Hence, I have no other option other than bringing to your notice. Request you to kindly look into this problem with TOP PRIORITY and resolve this immediately.
