I had purchased a LG 23\" LCD monitor TV (Model.No.M237WA-PT) on 06-10-2009 with an offer by LG of a free Airtel DTH set-top-box and 3 months free subscription. The purchase details were submitted online to LG and the registration number allotted was DTHKOLK2110099. Subsequently, all the relevant documents viz.(1) Photocopy
of Invoice no.17 dated 06-10-2009 of Cybosys, Chandannagore, Kolkata towards purchase of LG 23†LCD Monitor
TV (Model.No.M237WA-PT); (2) LG Monitor TV Serial No., Model No., barcode cutting from the carton (Original); (3) Printout of Email message
dated 21-10-2009 received from Team LG, LG India and (4) Demand Draft dated 21-10-2009 of Rs.199/- in favour of “Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.†against handling charges of DTH set top box was sent by Speed Post on 21.-10-2009. I was informed over telephone that all my documents were received and validated and that Airtel team will get in touch with me soon for DTH installation. Now, even after two months since, I have not received the Airtel DTH connection. Every email sent thereafter to LG as well as to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. are being returned without delivery. Even calls to their helpline no.011-32904561 are not being taken, I always find it switched off or moved out of coverage area. There is no other way I could contact them, and so I request you to kindly mediate.

As per the Onnam offer I am eligible to get DTH set top box, connection+ installation + 3 months subsrciption free.
I have send all the details given below on 23 Nov 2009 to Spectramind\\\'s office
1. Completly filled DTH Claim vocher having spectramind original hologram.
2. Photocopy o fthe original invoce of purchase.
3. LG monitor TV serial No., model no. barcode cutting from the carton (original)
4. Demand draft of Rs 99 in favour of Spectramind marketing private Limited payebal at Delhi
But since today i have not received any information from them.
I think both LG and Spectramind are cheating customers. I have purchased this LG monitor TV only because of this offer.

have a legal notice sent to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. at 3rd Floor, Chandra Bhawan, 67-68, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. I have heard that upon receipt of Legal Notices, the company has delivered the set-top boxes to the customers!!!
