State Bank of India - Less Amount Received from ATM and Bank is not responding on Complaint

Dear Officer,
I am having Saving account with SBI Raipur which account number is 30241019446.On date 9th of Jun 2012 I put request for withdraw amount 3000/- but I got only 1800/- from Allahabad ATM[ATM ID ALW 02111].
I raised compliant from SBI bank and SBI customer care also but till date I have not received any respond from them.
For reference I am having transactiuon receipt and ATM guard as a proof.
I am waiting for you reply.
