This is with reference to your e-mail regarding "Phone not working". Please note that we have escalated your complaint to the specialized team who will resolve this issue on a higher priority.

Further, we request you to perform the following activity:

1) Remove and replug the wire back to the Fixed Line Phone instrument.
2) Check whether you are able to get the dial tone.

Additionally, we would like to inform that, you may also place your complaint related to dead phone through our Contact Center by following the steps mentioned below:

1) Dial 1800 3000 7777
2) Select Option 1 for Fixed Line Phone and then select Option 4 to register dead phone complaint.

Kindly be assured that we would do our best to resolve your concern.
