Dear Sir,
I Bought Kenstar air conditioner in the month of March 10 and installed in the month of june 10 and air conditioner started giving trouble after one month and was getting hanged since last 4 months kenstars service engineers are not able to resolve the issue.
I hereby demand for the replacement of the air conditioner immediately.
Complainant's Goal: I want replacement of the air conditioner

I bought Kenstar gas geyser "Grasima "
Serial No: 551111********1144
Purchased from Sharda Electronics Invoice no: 9754A. , Jodhpur.
After installation I get to know that its not working I complained it for thrice :-
1. Kenstar Customer Care – “JOD2201140131†This complaint was fake closed with the remark of Mr. Manak has serviced the machine. Even no one reached to me even not contact to me.
2. To seller – I will get it rectified soon but none happened.
3. Kenstar Customer Care – “JOD3101140229†booked on 31st Jan 2014 and machine was collected from my house on 1st Feb 2014 and till now i.e. 11 Feb 2014 23:21Hrs machine is at your service center. Today 11th Feb 2014 19:38 Hrs , I received a SMS that my complaint has closed falsely.
Since machine was new and that was a manufacturing defect it should get replaced .
