I AM HAVING A10 HANDSET MADE BY KARBONN. AFTER 1 MONTH THE SCREEN GETS WORKLESS AND WHEN I WENT TO KARBONN CLINIC THEN THEY TOLD ME TO CHANGE TOUCH PAD ,AT THAT TIME I HAVE SUBMITTED THE HANDSET TILL DATE I AM UNABLE TO GET STATUS OF HANDSET(I HAVE SUBMITTED HANDSET ON 1 JANUARY,2014)

maine ek mobile liya tha march me but vah mobile after 2 month uska touch kaam karna band kar diya to mai use karbon clinic me le kat=r gaya vaha unhine use le liya aur bola apka mobile me touch aour lcd problem hai mai bola theek hai vaha dekar aagaya but 10din baad call aya apka phone ban gaya hai ap le ja sakate ho mai lekar aya but after 2 hour creat same problem mai fir lekar gaya aur bola ki apka lcd problem hai apka mobie jama karan pdega mai bola theek hai bu mai 5 time call kar chuha hu mujhe ab tak koi service aur responce naha mila hai baad me 10/10/2015 ko bola ki apka mobile replacement me gaya hai apka monle aa jayega mai bola theek hai


but unhone bola ki apak same model ho sakata hai nahai milega but why and what is this to day my mobile is in worenty so i want to same model of my mobile plese solve my quire y plese

My phon karban A10 give the center from 11-7-14 not gives us to till date . I call center not resev any one. I visit center they told me. Your set go for compny . Icall you but not call me please heip can I do

I am Having karbonn A10 Handset. In this phone touch screen problem. I went to Karbonn Gallary In Andheri (E) & they told me to change the touch pad at that time i have submitted the my Handset (date 04.01.2014) & also they are told complete the work with in 20 to 25 days but till date i have not get the status form your and there side.
Why your not change the touch pad till date????
Please note my IMEI/ESN no. ********0198131 for your reference.
So,please given the my handset to coming saturday i.e 08.03.2014.
Other wise replace the handset & send new handset for the same.

MY HEANDSET CREAT LOTS OF PROBLEM I WILL GIVES MY MOBILE TO SERVICE CENTRE ON 06/12/2013 BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE TODAY 2.5 MONTHS GIVE TO HEANSET
KARBONN IS VERY VERY BAD
IN FUTURE I WILL SUGGEST TO EVERY ONE TO DO NOT BUY KARBONN PRODUCTS
