The staffs provided by Mr.Ezhilarasu were poor. We had chain smoker and drunkard as care-taker. Replacement, provide by Mr.Ezhilarasu also was drunkard and arrogant. Though Stephen claims they are trained and experienced, they are so bad I can't even imagine how he deploys such staffs. With all high promises, the service were very bad. The amount that was given as advance has not been refunded in-spite of many follow-up. Mr.Ezhilarasu keeps disconnecting and if reached through different number he gives excuses and false promises. Do avoid as it is only risking your family members more than the money.
This guy is a total cheat. Once he gets the money his attitude change totally. He is behind money and send person with no experience and never change. The care taker will leave suddenly and he won't pick your call. Don't waste money and time with this heartless creature.
They get deposit and don't refund if maid quits the job before the contract term. They harass customers if we ask alternate maid as the maid quits before term. Poor service.
