To get my money back / replace my Geyser

I have purchase the 3 electric geyser from Jai bala ji electricals in Faridabad having the address (1D-43 Shop No 5, Market No 1 NIT faridabad), my two geyser are working fine, but one geyser is not working multiple time i logged the complaint for the same, the service engineer visit and replace the appropriate part, i fed up with this continue logging the complaint with bajaj electicals and on follow up with that, i asked the replace for the same on bajaj electricals toll free no (02241280000 ) as per them they have no option to do the replacement, i asked for the dealer he give me the same toll free no, after that i asked for the service engineer to get replace he is also saying that he has no provision to do the replacement. every thing is moving round round, nothing conclusion come to me. after doing this activity multiple time i am get fed up and logging the complaint to get money back or replace my geyser.
