I had placed an order of Rs 4,492 on 14/08/2018
Payment was made on the same date. I sent several messages through email and WhatsApp for the product delivery status. Absolutely no response from the seller.
It's been seven weeks since the date of purchase. No word yet from the seller. Absolutely irresponsible.
My order ID is 172070.
Whatsapp number provided only acts a one-way contact. The admin will communicate only when he wishes to.
I am not sure even if they have the intention to deliver the product or not. I just want my money back.
