ITZ Cash Card - IT is Second time i am very depressed,itz saying vodafone mob.no. is incorrect,

I am a itz cash card consumer,MY card number is 4********087.First of all i am thankful for my first complain on the date of 10/04/2010.it was so well solved by itz cash card team.But again i have been punished by itz cash card team.i have paid this time Rs 632 INR on 13/04/2010 through my itz cash card to vodafone postpaid.MY vodafone postpaid mobile no is ********99.at the time of transaction it was again failed, & says the vodafone number is incorrect.so i have no transaction ID.I am sucessfully used this mobile number in my vodofone USB Stick.My itz cash card status shows that Rs 632 INR was deduct through my itz account,but vodafone postpaid office again says no money reached to them.Please help me for more better future relationship between itz team & me.pls send me an email on my email id how this problam is solve or may i forget my Rs 632 INR.Regards Santosh Mishra.
