I purchased two AC2 tickets from Sujjanpur to Delhi for 08.08.2011. Seats were available however, One one berth was scosnfirmed and the other RLWL-1
Wait List. I am hard to understand when there are setas /berths available why the
Railways are sissuing Wait list tickets.

Complainant's Goal: I want the Wait list to sbe confirmed against the vacant berths.
