Karbonn Mobiles - Issue with karbonn KC 555 mobile phone (ID # 1739)

I have bought a New Karbonn Mobile KC 555 yesterday and the phonebook is not working. I have contacted all the dealers of Kolkat on their website and they are stating that they are not the concerened person. I support this complaint.i m purchace karbon kc555 last mont some problem in speekar but we r not found ur custemer car. i m call delhi custemer care but survie i not avaiable pls resolved
