The person named Ganesh stated that within 10 mins of time i will provide you with the data this commitment was done after every ten mins. For 3 hour i had called him up around 20-25 times but did not called back. When i wrote an email stating that "if you are doing fraud business, i will have to logg a police complaint then i received a call back" and started talking respectably instead understanding and knowing that the customer has paid and we havent called him back or haven't informed him that it will take more time as well replied that we will not provide the service here after.
