I booked the internet connection (BSNL) on 03/08/2010 by paying Rs. 1000 as initial amount, Rs. 50 for notary (they refused to provide receipt). They(Smitha - Telecaller & the document collector) promised me a 7 days TAT to get my connection. I still haven't got my connection, today being 19/08/2010. I got a message after 7 days from their mobile, ********33 mentioning some work order number and consumer number which is invalid according to BSNL. I wonder if they give the numbers as they wish. Whenever I call them, they promise me a callback within an hour. I spoke with the Manager named Mr. Vishwa N, who is of no use. Whenever I call him today, he didn't even bother to respond to answer the calls instead, he was hiding behind a girl. One lady attends the call and gives an useless response that I will get it tomorrow. I am unsure if they ever know the meaning of the word "tomorrow". Another call, a lady named Shilpa who's so rude who made me think if I will ever get my connection or my money back. As a true human, I am taking up the responsibility of informing the public about this situation so that they will not be cheated by the same company.

I support this complaint, I strongly support your comment, i dont understand how can such people continue business with such frauds.
I would like to tell as many people as possible about these guys and help them in not getting cheated as we all have.

Did you receive your money or connection ultimately MR. Vijay kumar ? kindly provide us a conclusion as to what happened. As its 03-Nov-2010 now. Almost two months. When ever a complaint is filed we need to always provide a result or the out come.
I support this complaint. Its the same case with me, i requested for a BSNL broad band connection, and paid a sum of 1000 to this voice data connection and a sum of 50 for the person who came over to my house, their mobile phone is switched off, no one takes calls. no one is even bothered to respond to my calls, they say they will give a call back and will never ever turn up.
I support this complaint. Even the same happened with me. I have paid Rs. 1000 on 07-May-2010, but till date there was no response from these burglars. Is there any way to get the paid money back?

I support this complaint. I cannot believe that this has happened with other people. The description mentioned above is exactly what happened with me. I am not sure if i should be lodging a complaint against him if that helps.
