Sir,
I was try to book a ticket on 20 Nov,2018 for 12 December, 2018 from New Tinsukia (Assam) to the jalpaiguri road(W. B)... After successful my transaction my ticket was not booked... And IRCTC did not refund my money... So please help me sir to refund my amount
