Hello, firstly I want to point out that I have paid an advance to avail your services.
Secondly about my broadband account number is 1239920 and I have been calling the customer care who don't seeem to care from the past 5 days initially they told me applications are down n neglected n gave them a chance of the time they asked but they did the very Same until today they've been telling me every single time I call them that it'll get resolved in 24 hours and they have the odacity to drop the call on me when asked about my services and I also called up my area technician who is a very busy businessman who firstly forced me to pay the three month advance n now disconnects my phone when I m trying to explain him situation I will provide you the phone numbers kindly fix this problem or collect your instrument after filling back my refund , why do you even put an effort in selling when you bloody cant provide service fix this or I shall take you to task.
