Sub : Complaint for cheating with the booked tickets with the Railway customers.

I am Dr. N. R. Mufti, a practising Surgeon at Valsad, Gujarat. I had booked 4 tickets from Valsad to Rajkot on 24/09/2011 for 19017 DN Saurashtra Janata Express for 23/12/2011 of IInd AC under the following names :
1. Dr. N. R. Mufti 2. Dr. S. N. Mufti
3.Dr. K. N. Mufti 4. Dr. S. N. Mufti

The PNR No. is 816-0682681.

Out of the above ticket I had cancelled one of my ticket on 8/12/2011. To my surprise when I recceived the remaining three tickets the ticket showed boarding from Viramgam. I inquired at the ticket window at Valsad but as expected the person on the window was initially not ready to answer. After persuassion the answer was rude, rough and unsatisfactory. He said somebody had manipulated our tickets by adding boarding from Viramgam on 26/11/2011 from Churchgate Station.
Infact we have never advised anybody to do this. neighther the tickets were given to anybody nor we wanted any change in the ticket. Our whole family is a Doctor family and wanted to attend a proffessional conference on 23rd, 24th and 25th December. Unfortunately due to this fraud we will not be able to travel comfortably.
All I want is I should be given the original status of my ticket, i.e. Boarding Valsad and not Viramgam.
