I am receiving India Today Magazine & I have got 6 issues . BUT Still my Free Gift (mobile phone) has not been delivered to me.

Do the needful as soon as possible on priority. I have regularly emailed to INDIATIMES shopping customer care(customerservice@indiatimes.co.in) I have called them a number of times & reminded about my product non delivery.
Every time they want 2-3 days to look in to this issue but now I am totally upset regarding their poor service .

Every time one customer care executive ALKA reply with same mail..no matter change(I suspect that they even don't read the mail before replying).
I have also approached to INDIA TODAY through email at (wecare@intoday.com) & Phone also but even they are not confirm about the delivery time of this product.

The DELIVERY TIME of product is mentioned 14 working days on their website(screen shot attached) for your reference BUT THESE PEOPLE are non responsive about this.
