We have been regularly getting gas cylinder which are short in weight and despite calling the gas agency several time, no action taken by them
Everytime they will have some excuse and shift the burden of checking at our end.
Complainant's Goal: To get improvement and have value for money which we are paying

STRANGE: HIGH LEVEL OF CORRUPTION....GAS HAS BEEN BOOKED , BUT NOT DELIVERED. INSTEAD - THE SMS BEING GIVEN TO US THAT THE GAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN AT UR ADDRESS ALONG WITH THE REFERENCE AND INV. NO TOO ON 26TH OF AUG. BOOKED BY US SURELY GIVEN TO SOME OTHER CUSTOMER. IF THIS IS THE CASE , I MAKE SURE THESE KIND OF THINGS NEEDS TO FULL STOPPED. ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST IT AND REFER TO ME ON MY MAIL ID. FOUR YOUR REF. REFILL BOOKING 13611 WITH CASH MEMO 13883. BY THE NAME OF MR N KUMAR. I HOPE IT SHOULD GET RESOLVED SOON. THANKS
