Idea Cellular - Incorrect Postpaid Bill

Hi,
I have been an Idea user with no. ********00
My usual bill amounts to RS 400-500; however my April month’s bill has reached Rs 3151.00, which does not justify my usage.
My usual internet browsing pattern is very low and has remain same in April.
I am confident that there is some amount of fault in the bill which I have received.
Being one of the top telecom provider if India, fooling customers by aggravating their bill amount in not an option and is completely unacceptable from your end.
I am definitely taking up this on social media to let people know about this.
Quick resolution expected.
