Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited - IDFC bonds have not been credited to my account

This complaint is against IDFC and their transfer agents Karvy Computershare.

On October 15, 2010, I had applied for IDFC Infra Bonds for Rs. 20,000/-

However, it has been more than two months and I have not yet received any kind of intimation letter / physical certificate / or any other kind of statement for the bonds. I have been contacting IDFC and Karvy for 1 month now. They told me that the bonds are in escrow account.I told them to credit the same into my demat account and sent them all the relevant details through fax ,e-mail as well as over phone also had provided all the relevat details like client master,DP ID, Cliend ID,PAN no, Application no. etc. But still the bonds have not been credited to my account.

i ritu gupta has purchased bond of rs.20000 on 1.2.2011.Till date i havenot got any certificate.My app.no. is 4180129 & my cheque no. is 971782 of Punjab & Sind Bank.
