I used Idea internet offer for 7 days in which I got 100 mb free data .I used some of the data and after some tym data remained was 71 mb then i started browsing again and browsed 68 mb data ( checked in mobile phone) but when I disconnected the connection then Rs. 139 got deducted from my main balance (in Phone no. ********08).
I tried to contact idea customer care also but they told me that these charges are for your internet browsing, I said to them that how can I get charged as my net plan was going on. but they ended the conversation saying that these are your net charges.
So please help me And refund my deducted amount.
