Hello customer care,

I have taken HSBC credit card few years before, i was forced to take the card since i got calls several times from HSBC.From that time not even once i used this card for any purpose, but year on year i get statement to pay few thousands of money. Why should i pay when i have not used it also I have not renewed it? I dont have the card with me, i cut into pieces and used HSBC drop box to submit.
No body called from HSBC to remind about the payment nor called for renewal of the card. But they are correct in sending statement without fail, what non sense is this? is this a good service you provide for the customer? had a very bad experince.
I have used many other credit cards and did not come across like this..very surprised.
I want some one to call me regarding this issue and also want to tell that I will not pay any money for the statement.
