Planet Honda - Iam not satisfied with honda activa product & service

Sir/Madam

This is to inform, that i purchased my Honda activa on 28th of march 2012. at Planet Honda showroom, Rajajinagar Bangalore.

At first look of my vehicle is full of scratches on front panels & sides .( first impression was completely bad ) i complained to a sales manager. He changed all the panels on spot itself (happy for that) & after 2 days of running a vehicle. i observed a rubbing vibration.so, i informed to a service center of Honda, they told it happens cos, its a new vehicle & it will be fine after 1000kms or in a first service) i thought the same. so i kept quite, i left for first service & i noticed them i am getting too much of rubbing vibration. they told as they will rectify it. but problem is not solved. & the rubbing experience has turned too much.i noticed them. they told it will be fine after second service. It is not solved, they charged me for clutch service (overhauling) ,even though it is a free service they charged total amount of Rs,711/-(with oil &greasing) but still the problem is not solved. after second service. i faced Battery problem. self start. even my engine power is decreased, tightness in handle, rubbing vibration(internal) was too much, mileage drop, due to this vibration, external body vibration is occurred & a color of my vehicle is getting fade..On (25/6/2012) around 6pm. i was returning from work. suddenly, my vehicle made huge sound like almost engine seize, vehicle electrical like (indicator, head light,horn) all were got switched off in the middle of main a road. & battery generated heavy heat & smoke (it would be got blast). complete fail to start the vehicle including kick start & after some time, it worked when i kick started but it made a creek loud noise near engine like seize happen. so, i powered off & pushed the vehicle to a Honda service center almost 3kilometers. i complained to a service manager & they told as they going to check with a vehicle problems & i informed them to take for a 3rd service,i informed them & they noted in a job card, with above problem like rubbing vibrations, roughness in sound, no smooth ride.since first day of vehicle use.
(i don't believe that they had checked & solved my vehicle problems, almost 2 service is over but no result)
well ! its a new vehicle, am facing loads of problem like one or the other every day. please solve my problem before i take further actions.
Really i have no feelings like new vehicle, machine works like second hand or rejected piece. not satisfied with Honda product.

here the complaints that i noted before 1st service & informed them at service center.
Since day one 29th march 2012.
1. at 40speed & above, rubbing vibrations(internally) we can feel that vibrations in single's.
& pillion rider can also feel the vibration.
2. handle not in proper
3.slow pick
4.initial load vibration ( when vehicle take its first acceleration, we can see the vibration in handle & no smoothness)
5.suspensions hard

they did not note anything on a job card, They advised as its a new vehicle, it take time to get adjust.
they washed vehicle & done with oil change.

2nd service

with above problems

i mentioned they told it could be a problem with clutch ( am shock! new vehicle with clutch problem)
they made overhauling &
for suspension hardness they did greasing etc.

problem not solved
in the middle after 2nd service & 3rd service, i faced no pick up. roughness, battery problem, electrical failure & burns in bulbs.

3rd service

i mentioned above complaint

with too much of vibrations internally, Even after 2nd time overhauling of a clutch, the result is no change. in this service they damaged front right side metallic shield slight dent & scratches, in back left side panel (engine cover) , they painted, like patch work with no smoothness match of original or glossy look. apart from paint i asked them about vibration problem.
i complained them saying no changes.

they did repeated service by dismantling the whole vehicle for a complete checkup( i don't think they dismantled the product because when i saw the vehicle it is unchanged) . even after that a problem is not solved.

i informed to the service manager and sales manager many times. they did not look into problem properly & seriously.

I have 2more activa in my family. i did not face any problem like this. they are working smooth & fine

Here AM REALLY NOT SATISFIED with this product which i had brought recently. & service is really not satisfied, no care for customer's

tortured mentally & financial loss( no changes at work).
because of this i got delayed to my office work.

Hi .15 ago I had given my vehicle for service..But I m not satisfied with ur service..Y Means I hv reason too plz listen ..I told him to wash gud & service... ur sales representative said ok...Later I told him my vehicle problem..The vehicle problem is just small ..( minor)...Front wheel is bubbling..& handle was too hard...Later I received a call from your service centre that ur vehicle is ready..I asked him what about estimate of my vehicle he said just 1,500/- I asked him did u checked my vehicle problem..He said yes.. When I asked him about bubbling he said our person not yet come today..When he comes we will inform you bye..Like that he said..Wht to do..I need feedback from ur company...Now I won't pay a single rupee..He spoiled my vehicle...

I have also observed a problem of rubbing from rear wheel but when i ask about the problem to their engineer they first told it happens & its your imagination. Then i continue followup to company through mail or personally go to the showroom on my every servicing but they didn't give any proper solution or tell me different reasons every time.
So please suggest me what can i do?
