DDA - Iam not satisfied with DDA

Dear Sir,
My father had applied for DDA slum dweller housing scheme in 1985 and deposite Rs.3 000 for that.
Registration no is 15370/G application no 40677,
after 28 year we have not get any result.
Plz help us to clear that issue.
Hope to get possitive action.
