I am Shiva from Nannagaram I was purchased in KARBONN A1+ Model mobile Dt 14.04.2014. I have using only 2 months. 2 month later small complaint in this mobile. I given to service in POORVIKA Mobile at Tenkasi Branch dated 18.06.2014. I have eny reply from this branch still now 15.08.2014.
Hi Shiva, in my opinion just go to the branch one more time with your bill and explain them your problem and ask them to resolve this issue as early as possible.. I know they will surly do the need full.

It seems there must be some misunderstanding. Actually, I too bought Samsung Galaxy S4 recently from Poorvika Mobile showroom. After few months, mobile speaker was not working so i went there and told them the problem.
They checked the phone, the bill and told me to submit it. After 2 days i got the mobile back and the speaker problem was solved. During all this process I felt their staff were polite and humble with me. Please visit it again, I'm sure your problem will be resolved soon.
