i was issued e challan for jumping signal on yellow.i dont understand on what condition and what formula the police penalise the offenders.the same case one of my friend was penalised Rs.100 and let off.A photo displaying that my vehicle is passing at another end and the red light displayed and the traffic police takes a shot of my vehicle displaying that i have jumped the signal.this is too harsh a policy on its own citizens.
