micromax Micromax service Center - i purchase micromax mobile and i have not getting any respond and service

I summit ed my Q5 mobile at your Baroda center on 26-08-2010 with job no 559981.
Mobile IMEI No ********3775792.
Since then it has been 3 month and not receive my mobile as well as
response from your service center.
Baroda person says your mobile is at Ahmadabad and not a single person
receiving a call from Ahmadabad.
So please guide me what i can do.
Complainant's Goal: I want my money back if they are not providng services
