I bought three airconditioners,i.e. one split and two VERTIS GOLD window ac from hindustan refrigerations on 29/8/2011.after one year both the window ac STOPPED cooling.i got both ac checked and the engineer found MULTIPLE LEAKAGES IN FRONT COOLING COILS of both the window ac from the display side.he told me that in both ac cooling coil will be CHANGED AS THEY ARE BEYOND REPAIR.i was shocked as i purchased all the ac in a belief that voltas provides the best ac but shocked to see the poor quality of cooling coils as it CANT BE MERE COINCIDENCE THAT COOLING COILS OF BOTH AC WILL PRODUCE MULTIPLE LEAKAGES.i think this is the PROBLEM WITH VERTIS GOLD ac.
I HUMBLY REQUEST OFFICIALS FROM VOLTAS TO INTERVENE AND GET MY COOLING COIL CHECKED AND CHANGED AS A SPECIAL CASE AS THESE AC ARE USED FOR PATIENT WELFARE.I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED.I AM HAVING BILL ALSO
