i have complaint my LED PHILIPS 32 PFL 6577. DATE OF 8 MARCH 2014.. My complanied no.PGAI0********6.ur custumer care service is not good & also service provide by service center.. i have many time calls service center & also ur custumer care 1********129 many time.. but same result no satisfectation.. i think i am going to consumer court bz 1 time visit ur engineer and nobody can pain to my complained ..i m frustated to your service .your senior manejer not as good as r company norms ...my fault is i buying ur company led i think so .my complained at 8 march and parts order 13 march and today 19 march what';s wrong with you..i m not a foolish custumer so plz today is last day for my patience ...so it's humble req. to u plz resolve my problem as soon as possible . i m going consumer court ..tommorow..ur service center joking to me in india 1 part not availbel in 10 days ..it''s a joke .....part ..plz resolve my problem as soon as possible today
