I have compaint for transfer of account opening form of my account no 14********083702 from pnb patiala to pnb patnagarh(orissa). my complaint no is ********. PNB patnagarh did not allow me to withdraw cash or provide me cheque and ATM. now i m unable to visit patiala for the same. No action has been taken yet by the bank.
