my father's has parceled 3 objects bag,coolar,refrigerator from mathura jn to buxar ,but 2 out of these 3 only 2 have been delieverd to me.refrigerator is still not delivered.i've complaint buxar parcel office and patna office as well,but they'r not giving me a satisfactory answesrs.parcel no. is 906977 dated 29/03/2012 from mathura jn to buxar.other details are TRO/09,DP/966, DT/31.03.2012

Complainant's Goal: DELIVER OF MY REFRIGERATOR IF DOES NOT HAPPEN THEN PROVIDE ME COMPENSATION .
