Idea Cellular NCR - i m not satisfied with ieda Idea cellular

Dear Sir,

I have log so many times idea cellular complaints also mark mail for wrong rooming bill charges add in my bill but not resolved issue ,
And same talk consumer care but not given proper response. So how will take time to resolve this issue.

I have facing issue since January 2013 to till date.
