im not at all satisfied with the billing processs of apcpdcl ..they charge us more than what we use ........ i reside atdwarkanagar,uppal hyderabad my service no is 140210320. name is ms mohanthy.. so please look into the matter and solve the isssue as soon as possible.. because the comman people and daily wage earners cant afford to pay such a huge amount of rs 1000 or 1500 without even using it
