Dear sir
i want to complaint against a company named ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited whose CIN no. is L14103OR2000PLC006230 in the state of orissa whose chairman is Mr Subhash Agarwal and Managing director is Mr Rajesh Agarwal. I have not received my three months salary ie for December 2011,January 2012 and February 2012 amounting Rupees Four lacs and five thousand only. Several correspondence done with the company but no response received till date. maximum email correspondence is mentioned below and last correspondence is attached in file for your reference . Please initiate for recieving my hard earned salary.
