I had a call on 03rd oct 2012 on my mobile number ********59.
He told me that they will provide a discount card free of cost and send some holiday offer.They asked various details including credit card no.,The password on refusing to give the password they conviced me by saying that its for security reason.Then they asked to type a message "iotp XXXX" (X refers to last 4 digit of your card no).
After doing this you will get a 6 digit code. Which you have to provide us. Than they asked for 7 digit no that is on reverse of your card and when I told them that I can't provide this no due to security reasons; they said they will connect you to ivr line and than you have to punch CVC no from your mobile.
But on same date I have received a message of transaction of rs.6399 made on hdfc credit at super saver holiday offer. Instantly I call back on phone from I receive a call that is 02241178888 but no one pickup the phone. Then I contact with hdfc card customer care officer. And told them that they withdraw this amount of rs.6399 without my consent.They has done a fraud with me .Please help me.
Super saver guys told me that within 10 working days you 'LL receive discount card but nothing getting till date.
They made fraud please help me out.
