I had placed an online reques for V-LITE KASHMIR SHOESX 1 on www.fetise.com . This order was placed on 12-07-2011 and order no was 15798 but till date i have not received my order.
Whenever i check the status it is showing as "Processing", marked couple of mail regarding the status but no updated. Also tried to contact on 022******** / 02232234279 n number of times but no response.
When check on net for the review of this website fount many similar complaints. I feel that such wesites should be blocked so that other may not face such situation in future.
I have placed an order No. 11527 on 5.5.2011, which has not received yet. When I checked today, the order is shown as delivered, though no such thing has happened.
Can anyone suggest, how we should proceed?
