Maverick Infotec Pvt. Ltd. - I have not received my April and May month salary

I joined Maverick Infotec in Sep. 2010. And I left it in June 2011.
But I have not received the salary of April and May month yet.
So many times I have called the HR person and also I have written a mail to the HR with CC to the Director and Chairman. But my issue has not been resolved yet.
Complainant's Goal: I want my two month salary.
Complainant's Target: Maverick Infotec Pvt. Ltd.

I also have my outstanding amount to be paid by the same company (Maverick Infotec Pvt Ltd., Mysore).
The due amount from the company is 1,05,000/- including my 3 months salary from July to October 2011. Apart from this, they were holding my salary from the 1st month and there is no document for the same.
We are joining in a company keeping our dreams in our mind because of the company promises. And when they keep postponing the commitments we are losing our hope. None of the employees must struggle in the future like how we struggled. We are all coming from different places and working very hard for the company towards its growth. But at the same time, company should think about the employees basic requirement which is, atleast the salary on time, where Maverick is the only company I have ever seen who failed to meet the employees requirement.
There is no HR policy in this company. They are only good to recruit people by promising big things but nothing in practical.
Kindly suggest what can we do to get our salary for which we have worked day & night.
