On 29.0.12, an call recieved on my mobile from +********0896 (which canot be contacted there after) saying that lady is from sbi credit card and my last month card amount is not credited to my account and they require full details to be updated for sorting out the problem.
As I was not carrying my credit card at that time, informed same. She told me, will contact me on 30.06.12.
They have conacted me on 30.06.12 and enquired my card number (16 digits) 3 digit secret code and one time ivr pass word.
With good faith and supposing them as sbi card staff with some resistance I have given all details.
After 10 minutes I found in my mobile an sms alert has came saying "rs 5499 has been deducted for transaction towards ivr dining plus"
I realised I have been fooled by the said company.
Hence I request for punishment for the guilty and retrn of my money.I also reuqest for necessary action to put the "ivr dining Plus" under BLACK LIST by SBI CArd.
