Whaaky - i did not get the product since 20 days

Hi

I placed an order on 12-march-2014. Firstly i didnt get any notification for my order then after 5 days i got a notification and i was told that within 8-10 business day i will get my order but its been so many days. They dnt reply to our calls and emails as well. In emails they will just send a copy pasted reply everytime which doesnt give us any information. Now i asked for refund but still getting the same copy pasted reply that i will get it in 48 hours.

Kindly help me in getting my refund.
