I have purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 from Royal Motors, Ambala Cantt in july 2012. After that I have went thrice to the dealer for service , but they are not entertaining any of my grievances regarding bike. Twice in 4 months, clutch wire has been broken and bike has problem in starting.
But they are not ready to listen. They are also charging a lot of money by the name of free services (in addition to Engine oil replacement), which can not be justified any way.
Please forward my complaint to the company against the dealer.
