I have been getting Rs.0.30 deducted from my account since a long time for no reason. earlier i thought that the money is just showing as being deducted and is not actually being deducted but today i noticed that since morning to this afternoon have Rs0.30 being deducted 4-5 times and the money is actually being deducted. I have called customer care on several occations where they start any service on their whims and fancies and have specifically instructed to not start as service on my number but still that continues. I have also registered myself on "DO NOT DISTURB" but the company still keeps on sending me service messages which gives link to cheap walpapers of "FTV models and other models in bikini", i dont know why when spefically i have rejected the same to be sned to me.
I want reason for this Rs.0.30 being deducted and want refund of all the money deducted till now and the company to stop sending me links to cheap websites.

This is a blatent LIE from your part. I did receive a message saying that you tried to contact me but could which is not possible as where i work and where i stay both have good good network coverage and my phone was not busy, so please stop making false statements.
Secondly i didnt notice when i got the update for the last comment that you made but i would want to retort now saying that even though you say that you have resolved the issue i still got Rs.0.30 deducted the day after your message came.
More over no reason has been assinged for the deduction which you do on your whims and fancies.
Also the money deducted has not been credited back to my mobile.

Thus considering all that has been mentioned above how do you conclude that the issue has been resolved?
