SIR, I HAD PURCHASED JODI A526 LENOVO MOBILE FROM BIG C ,WARANGAL ON 14.01.2015 VIDE INVOICE NO.SI/WGL/25156 DATED 14.01,2015 AND GIVING PROBLEM DATE ONE. SINCE I AM RETIRED , I AM USUALLY ON TOURS.AND FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT LOCAL SERVICE CENTER OR SHOP EVERY TIME. TILL DATE I HAVE VISITED SHOP FOR FIVE TIMES AND YOUR SERVICE CENTER TWICE FOR KNOWING THE PROBLEM. THE MOBILE IS IN SERVICE CENTER FROM 25.02.2015 TO TILL DATE. NO RESPONSE EXCEPTING REPEATING THEIR POLICIES AND DICTATING THEIR RULES ONLY., THIS IS THE FATE OF MY EFFORTS .

JODI LENOVO MOBILE A 526 – IMEI NO.********4884989 –RECURRING PROBLEMS

I had purchased JODI LENOVO MOBILE A 526 – IMEI NO.********4884989 from BIG C ,WARANGAL ON 14.01.2015. VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO.SI/WGL/25156 DATED 14.01.2015. The relative copy of the cash bill is enclosed . Right from day one the problems faced by me are as under.

1. BIG C people have supplied the flip craft cover only after 40 days from the date of purchase in the meanwhile the mobile has to be used by me.
2. The battery back is not lasting more than two hours and BIG C people have done something and told that the battery will work but the result is same.
3. When the call is received double lock alert will come and two times pressing only the same will be vanished.
4. The service center people i.e Suntek computers, shop no.12, Loyal arcade , Hanamkonda , Warangal dist Telangana is non cooperative and every time , forced to contact your help line. The mobile is in service center vide receipt no.1475 from 25.02.2015. Every time I have to contact and they say that the problem will be resolved.
5. They have informed that the backup I have to take but my attempts from outside are futile. However the service center people have asked me to come today to help in this regard.
6. It is informed that the problem may be with the mother board and same has to be replaced. Battery is also problem right from the day one.
7. This mobile is presented to me by my wife on birthday. I worked in IOB as Chief Manager and now staying at Hanamkonda
Hope for early solution i.e replacing the mobile and fresh one without any problems. The facts have been appraised thrice over mobile to your service center from 23.02.2015 onwards.
An early reply in this regard is very much appreciated to avoid unnecessary corresponding and issues. I HOPE BEING AN CORPORATE COMPANY , MY requirement will be met and do natural justice to me.

YOU HAVE BEEN REPEATING THE POLICY OR SOMETHING WITHOUT GOING INTO THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED AND VISIT BIG C ASWELL AS YOUR SERVICE CENTER SEVERAL TIMES WITH WASTING MONEY , TIME AND OTHERS. YOUR NOT SEEING THE INCONVENEIENCE CAUSED TO ME. BUT BENT UPON REPLYING THE SAME VERSION OF TYOUR POLICIES TIME AND AGAIN AS A ROUTIONUE. MINE IS A SPECIAL CASE TO BE CONSIDERED BY YOUR COMAPNY KEEPING ASIDE THE POLICY OR ANY THING . THERE IS WAY OUT FOR ANY PROBLEM AND YOUR ARE COMPANY TAKING VERY THING LIGHTLY , WHICH REALLY AFFECTS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO SATISFACTION. HOPE FOR RECONSIDERING THE REQUEST NOT BY LOWER AUTHOURITIES BUT BY YOUR TOP MANAGEMENT. SINCE MY MOBILE IS IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER REGHT FROM LAST WEEK OF FEB 2015. REGRETTING THE INCONVENIENCE WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT I HAVE TO APPROACH APPROPRIATE FORUM THE REDRESSAL IF NO RESPONSE IS FORTHCOMING AND COMPANY HAS TO ASWER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME. NOW I ASK YOU A QUESTION THAT WHY
I SHOULD TAKE A MOBILE OF YOUR COMAPANY AND FACE MENTAL AGONY AND INCONVENIENCE. HOPE THAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE GRAVITY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE , I MAY HAVE TO TAKE OR INITIATE ACTION TO SOLVE MY GENUINE REQUEST. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY A REPUTED COMPANY RELEASES A MOBILE WITHOUT TESTING THE MOBILE I.E MOTHER BOARD PROBLEM AS STATED BY YOUR SERVICE CEENTER AND BATTERY OF DEFECTIVE IN NATURE.
hOPE I THINK THAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE TO BOTH.
